I don't really like following rules. I'm gonna answer Starrla's questions and reveal a few thangs but all that tagging...nope :) Okay I will tag a few people. Turn's out folks like revealing things about themselves.

1.What inspires you?

I'm inspired by people helping others. I get all warm and fuzzy when somebody's life improves.

2. What is your earliest childhood memory?
Me an my mom hanging out. I was about 3.

3. What is your favorite thing to cook/eat?

My favorite thing to cook is... yes you may have guessed it CHICKEN!

My favorite thing to eat is buttered garlic crab.

4. What's the name of your favorite book?
I don't have a favorite book. I just like reading.

5. Do you remember your first love?
Absolutely! :) He was my first love/worst love/ best love all combined.

6. What is your dream job?
Ultimately to be in a position of power to change the state of education for impoverished youth.

7. Do you have any phobias?

I'm afraid of heights.

8. If you had to lose one of your five senses, which one would it be?
That's too hard to answer but I guess touch.

9. Are you left handed or right handed?
Right handed.

10. Do you have any hidden talent?
 Yup. lol

If I won money like that I would tithe 10%, save some, pay bills, spend some and share some. :)

I really like to have fun and make people laugh.
I can be silly and serious but it's balanced.
I'm a loyal person/friend and hold people to the same standard.
I get bored easily and have a short attention span sometimes.
I suffered trauma in my youth and because of this I don't have the greatest relationship with my family.
I love to entertain, but I don't like people over my house. I hate when my things are tampered with or messed up.
I'm a sensitive thug! LOL! Not a good combo.
I have a secret desire to be in the fashion industry like be a stylist or buyer for a major brand.

Okay here goes...

1. I love to shop! Shoes are my favorite and I have many brand new unworn clothes and shoes.
2. I love good chocolate.
3. I received two orders to make cakes. This will be my 4th paid order. Oh yeah I bake! LOL!
4. I love chocolatey men! LOL!
5. I love plants and at times I'm tempted to break off pieces of other peoples plants and start new ones at home. I was recently tweeted that that is ghetto! LOL!
6. I really do NOT like the taste of alcohol at all!
7. I have a real problem using public restrooms... meaning I don't.

Well I'll be...honored! Again!! LOL! I just received my second blog award from Sherine at Confessions of A City Girl check her out!

The rules are: List 7 random facts about yourself and tag 15 other bloggers.  Wow 15??

I'm tagging 6 and mentioning 9 and including a random  factual paragraph.

Okay so I think these blogs are stylish and versatile!

1. Z at  P.S. I love this... - Her sense of style is absolutely fabulous! We've learned that we have A LOT of things in common and she is a great blog buddy!

2. Ishea at Six Twenty Seven  - I love her blog! She is cute as a button and even though she's natural she has me totally doing new styles with my hair!  She's also a new follower. Thanks girl!

3.  Kelly at Kellyinaday - I found her blog a few month's back. I read blogs like books (from start to current) and noticed in past posts that she is very stylish!  She is also a complete nut. Another laugh out loud blogger!

4 .  Jameil at The Record Dish - Although a place where she normally showcases food, the 30 for 30 clothes remix challenge introduced me to her sense of fashion and me likey. She is also very snarky and funny! The makings of a great blog buddy!

5. Bajan at Nobody's Princess -She's a fashion blogger out of Miami who dresses cute! I stop by her blog all the time to see what's she's wearing.

6. Tania at "HauteGirl"  Another blog I recently found and love! I like her style! She offers good make-up, hair and fashion tips!

 It's funny, I won this award and I was just discussing fashion and wanted to share my bargainista/fashionista tips. The reason why I can and do dress fabulously!

I love Mar.shall's, T.J Ma.xx and Nor.dstrom's Ra.ck for discount designer fashion. I get a complete thrill when items I have saved in my shopping carts at online stores are found in these stores.  I'm also an outlet queen. Off S.ak's the S.ak's 5th Ave outlet, Ban.ana Rep.ublic,  The G.ap, Ca.lvin Kl.ein LOVE it!

I shop Nord.strom's half yearly sale online and in the store. Bargains galore!! Most of the high end stores like Bloomies have sales like that.

I'm also signed up to a lot of online bargain sites like Rue La La, Ideeli,Gilt Groupe, Billion Dollar Babes, etc. These sites have bargains galore!! Mich.ael K.ors, Mis.soni, K.ate Sp.ade, all types of wonderful designers etc. at bargain prices, and I can't forget B.luefly.com

An honorable mention is R.oss and Bu.rlin.gton Co.at Fac.tory. If you go to the more affluent neighborhoods the R.oss stores there will have more designer clothes, shoes and accessories. My cousin used to work at the R.oss distribution center years ago and she let me know that the good stuff went to stores in Santa Clara, Danville, San Mateo, Palo Alto, Pleasanton, Sausalito, Walnut Creek and Corte Madera, and stores like Oakland and Richmond get the crap! Boo to that! Just BOO!

I only pay full price for designer purses and things I REALLY really like and know/think will be gone before they reach sale prices. But this is rare. The key to my style is the ability to mix high end and low end fashions together and still look F.L.Y!!!

Versatile Blogger Award

1. I'm completely obsessed with hand sanitizers. I keep it in my car and my purse. I use it all day long if I can't wash my hands.

2. I don't touch things with my bare hands such as doors, elevator buttons, and shopping cart handles.

3. Shaking hands freaks me out. I''ll do it but I can't do another thing until I wash my hands. Interviews can be torture. GERMS!


4. I can cook/bake really well and I'm entering a bake off with a prize of $5000.

5. I want to open my own cupcake store!

6. My mother said she named me after a soap opera star she saw on t.v. as a child.

7. I almost entered the Amazing Race, but my friend backed out at the last minute.

Okay after visiting Mrstdj blog I felt remiss for not following the rules of this award. 1. I felt the bloggers who have been blogging awhile would think it was silly. But that's just me over thinking. There a few blogs I visit that are really versatile.


1. First is Don over at Minus the Bars. He is a poetic, thoughtful writer. I give him blog love all the time, and I'm sure he has received every blog award out there


2. Ms. Jameil at The Paper Ripper Extraordinaire has probably received every blog award out there too because her blog is funny and insightful.


3. Goes to her boo Rashan at Rashan Revisited who no longer blogs regularly but kept me laughing when he did.


4. AR gal at Giving You The Best That I Got because she is just crazy funny!!! Laugh Out Loud hilarious!


5. Quicefer at It's Q's World because I've been a lurker on her blog awhile and her blog is hilarious and fun and she has the BEST sex life I've ever read!


6. K. Rock at Don't Get Excited It's just Me. I just like her blog and her family is cute!


7. Last but certainly not least Ms. Reese at Sweet Insanity and Sarcasm is just a complete nut who I can't get enough of.
