The LORD is my refuge
God [is] our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalms 46:1
This verse is so powerful! This morning I'm focusing on the Lord being my refuge and my strength.

Those words give me peace of mind. Will all the drama going on in my life, God is my refuge and my strength, a very present help in times of trouble. I had to write it again, to get it in my head, because reality tends to get right up in your face, but I have to remember God's words. Thanks for posting

God is MY refuge and strength, MY very present help in trouble. - Psalms 46:1 ....I have to personalize that thang girl; it means EVERYTHING to me.....How can one feel discouraged or afraid with this scripture at the core of their belief?????? God Bless!
This verse means alot to me. When life causes me to panic and worry I have to remember this verse and recite it over and over in my head until I feel better. It's like medication to me. I need regular doses of scripture on a daily basis. hey, that's a future blog entry!
