Thoughtfully...Thought-Out....Thursday...Thoughts #61

1. So am I to understand that with new blogger you can see how many people have viewed a post? If so, how is it that 60 people read the post but only 6 commented? Really y'all? O_o!

2. These cars.com commercials slay me. I LOVE IT!

3.  It’s May y’all... MAY!! This year is flying by too fast for me.

4. If you are not watching Game of Thrones something is not right in your world!! Be about it! LOL!

5. I went on some type of crazy shoe binge, I bought so many new pairs of shoes I just don’t understand what happened. I guess I was celebrating being Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

6. I have really been evaluating my life lately. I am so disturbed that people feel like they can speak to me any ole kinda way. I should be able to keep my emotions in check by now but it's like something builds up inside and I erupt. I think if I had just asked Talky why she was speaking to me in that tone early on maybe the situation would not have gone so wrong.

7. I saw an old woman walking and while observing her I noticed that she stopped to rest twice. She was also pulling luggage. It bothered me that this elderly woman was outside on a hot day walking alone. I pulled up beside her and asked her would she like a ride? I felt the need to tell her that I was safe. She accepted and I took her home. She said, “God told me as long I served him he would always provide for me.” she really was tired It felt really good to be a taxi cab angel. :)
 

8. I’ve decided to finish watching the Oscar movies and do one big post since ain't hardly nobody participating. The movies are actually pretty good. I just watched The Descendants and I think Hugo and/or Tree of Life is next.

9.So how do you like this new background? I think I'll stick with this one for awhile. Let me know if I need to darken any fonts or anything. Thanks!

The Met Gala!

The Meta Gala was held and the celebrities were out in full fashion force! There were a lot of beautiful gowns on display too many so I picked the ones that stood out to me. In My Ears - Tevin Campbell

I recently had the enjoyment of watching A Low Down Dirty Shame again. This movie has always been hilarious to me. The ending credits featured this first song by Tevin Campbell. I said Heeeeeeey and started dancing. This song was definitely a slept on jam by him. I then thought to myself that I'd feature him in an In My Ears post.
Here are a few songs I enjoyed by Mr. Tevin Campbell. He had such a great voice! I think drugs got him but I hope he is doing well. oops thanks Keyalus! And of course Round and Round which K Rock pointed out is in the opening song to Top Chef.
