For some reason February is a month of fitness. All over the nets people are still going strong in their resolve to be fit. I saw this little ditty on Pinterest and decided it was doable.

I would love to have FAB abs by the end of February wouldn't you? Join me! :)

It just so happens I'm working hard on my stomach this month. I took a picture on February 1st and I will take another on March 1st to see what progress I make. But what is "plank" on this calendar?

Yay!! Glad I have a fitness buddy. That's a good idea about the picture I'll take one too. Planks are a GREAT exercise! Check out the youtube vid on how to do them and the info under that for a definition. Planks get you where you want to be! :)

Lawd.. I've been so lazy.. It's Feb 3 and not an exercise have I done. I've ordered DVDS, exercise mats, more kettlebells..even some workout attire.. ANNNNNND nothing!

One day I even got dressed.. tied my hair up, put the DVD in and pushed play and STILL didn't work out. I just sat there watching the work out. *hangs head in shame*

I really need to get it together..

Although I walked five miles today, for most of the month I've been rather lax with exercise. Clearly, I need to do better.

Ooh! Kettle bells I want some of those! Well it's February we have another chance to get to it! Let's do it!
I only exercised sporadically throughout Jan. Fasting from Coke and exercising did not mix. LOL!
I have gotten ready to workout and just watched the vid too!

Walking 5 miles is good! Feb is here so let's go! We got 29 days to make it happen! :) ...well 26 now.

L.O.V.E the nails!! I'm diggin my own right now actually, but they're not nearly that fancy. I just love the color. It's a new Shellac color called Asphault. Maybe I'll post a pic. :)

That calender is a great idea, I am in a fitness funk. I have gotten super lazy since I became a vegetarian. One thing shouldn't have anything to do with the other but I finally reached my goal weight after I gave up meat! lol. I don't have any issues maintaining my weight.

But I need to get with it, but not on that Michelle Obama workout plan just yet, lol.
