If at first you don't succeed...GOALS 11.1.10

1. Exercise 3 days per week. Which includes walking 3-4 miles a day using the Total Gym 2x per week. I want to log in 12 miles per week!

2. Spend more time in prayer and continue to look for a church! I plan to visit 2 different churches this month and possibly visit the one I liked last month again.  I've been logging onto T.D. Jakes Potters House site on Sunday mornings http://www.thepottershouse.org/ So I'm getting some word! I will try to start reading my Bible again this month too.

3. Keep applying for jobs with better pay.

4. Donate the clothes/shoes that I have bagged and boxed to charity. These need to be out of here before Thanksgiving!

5.Cook and eat healthy meals more days per week, cutting out fast food and high sodium meals. I really  do not want to eat fast food at all this month. I'm trying to cut back on sugar and salt leading up to Thanksgiving.

6. Continue to use coupons when shopping for groceries. I am not going to lie. I'm going to get my SHOP on the day after Thanksgiving! and the days leading up to it. I need a new camera and I have to decorate for Thanksgiving.

7. Drink 64 oz of water a day, and cut back on C.oke.

8. Do a deep cleaning of my kitchen. Washing cabinets and floor. Re-line cabinets and draws. Get rid of old storage containers. Rearrange pots and pans. Buy new flatware. I have no idea where my forks and spoons went??

9. Re-hang the curtains in the living room. I saw some clips I want to add so they will hang better, and I want to change the curtain rods.

First Nerd Girl and now you with these goals and such. Y'all are going to make me actually put pen to paper and create some of my own. That is once I actually remember to grab a pen and piece of paper. Peer pressure is a mug!! LOL

Go you! Positive peer pressure is the best! No fast food at all?? Wow! Let's see... I haven't already broken that one so yay! But I think I'll just try to cook at home more!

Thanks!!!! No fast food so far either but is just the 3rd LOL! so far I've cooked everyday. I just hope to accomplish the goals of this month!

I cleaned out my closet last month and bagged the clothes I didn't need to take to the Salvation Army. First, the bag sat by my front door for 2 weeks. Now it is sitting in the back of my truck. I'm going to make it a goal to drop them off this weekend.

I cut back on sodas too for more water. I love me a Coke and a Sprite. I thought it would be hard but it really wasn't. I noticed that I will drink more water if I'm drinking it from a bottle than from a cup. Before I could count on one hand how many times I've bought a pack of water bc why buy water when I can get it for free? lol Plus my city's water is good to me. But after deciding to drink more, I started buying water. For some reason, it's easier for me to drink more of it when it's in a bottle.

Welcome! Well at least you have the donations out of the house in the car! Your doing much better in than me!

I like my cities water too! I use to buy water then I received one of those filter bottles as a gift to drink water and I sometimes use it! I find it easy just to chug a glass. And I drink with food now too. I LOVE me some C.oke tho!
