I bought these super cute dishes at Marshall's for 16.99 + tax. When I was in the store I opened the box and held them. They felt very sturdy and looked of quality. I said surely these must cost a lot. Because there was no price attached to the box.
When I got to the register the saleperson went to find another one with the price. Since there weren't anymore he just brought back a box of dishes priced at 16.99. I paid for them said thank you and left with my new dishes!
I found them online at Overstock.com for 69.99 which is still considered a discount site!
Wow!! how much do these dishes really cost?

@Jamiel Hmmm that's a good idea! But these will be new everyday plates. They match my kitchen which is red. So some burgers and spagetti, steak and breakfast will grace them too! I do the candlelight thing with the ones on the dining table LOL!
@P.S. Thanks! I'm so excited I just put them in the dishwasher so I can use them tomorrow for breakfast. I love square plates too! My dining table is set with a similiar styled square set in blue which matches the living/dining area.

That's a really nice set! I have no idea how much it really cost but I say you got a helluva deal.
Love stuff like that!! I couldm't tell you how much they cost though. All of dishes were hand me downs or came from the thrift store. But when I grow up, I will buy a matching set just like you!

I was so excited at the register I had to contain myself. Cashier dude had no idea he was blessing me!! What color are your dishes from Macy's? Did you get them at a cool price? I am so at the movies on Saturday for Ramona & Beezus!!!!
I got a few green ones and then a small set of white ones. They are pretty plain, but I kind of like to mix them. :) We went and saw Ramona & Beezus yesterday, it was cute! Did you like it? My daughter is a big Fergie fan & I was telling her that was her husband in there that the aunt married. :)
