Prabal Gurung for Target

source Target

 I'm a little late....

Target has ANOTHER collaboration. This time it's with Prabal Gurung. I was really impressed with his runway show at NYFW seen HERE however, his offering for Target I absolutely unequivocally CAN NOT STAND! Take a look for yourself  HERE Blech! *vomit noises*

What do you think?

Did you buy anything?

His runway show was edgy. His collab with Target is flowers.. lots and lots of flowers. I don't really like flowers. It has to be really special for me to like flowers. This is not. I'm trying to get away from using the word HATE but yeah... I hate this collab. The two lines are like night and day. More than that... like Space and an ugly garden.

Every fashion blogger has at least one piece from the line and many were geeked about this dress. Just... No! *eyeroll*

I just have one question..where's the bike Prabal? Huh? Where is the bike?

I MUST agree with everything that has been written in this post. I yet to buy anything clothing from a Target designer collabo because it always over priced. I have a Target for Mulberry purse that I still use. I like low key classic stuff. Most of their collabo's have been over the top in a bad way. No thanks! Lol. AND I don't wanna look like everyone else the first week after the collabo is released, lol.

Yes! Everybody has it on. I can't. I hardly ever like the clothes anyway mostly just accessories, bikes or trinkets. The items being overpriced is truly ridiculous I mean.. really? it's Target.

I never cared for the Target designer collaborations. It's almost like the designers go out of their way to give Target something that looks nothing like their usual lines. It always looks cheesy. I did check out Prabal's runway line and what Target had to offer and was VERY let down.

@LakiSwirl I agree! The only one I was hyped for was Missoni and again it was just for things not clothing. I did a little research and Prabal's spring line had more color but it was nothing like the mess at Target.

I didn't see the actual items in Target. I must say that the Targets in my area seem to run out of everything anyway. If they even had it, it was long gone before I even entered the store. From what I've seen, I wouldn't have purchased anything anyway.
