Lawd I hope not!! LOL! I got it! But I'm cooking with my family. I'm head chef and they are my sous chefs. lol Ain’t no telling how this is going to go! *nervous laugh*

This menu sounds delish!! I've never had brined turkey before. Suppose to make it really moist, right?

You got your seafood in there, you weren't playin'. =)

Have a fun time training and a safe and happy turkey day.

Yum! Hooray for getting your seafood. That's how my family eats our ham also. I don't prefer the spiral, but even that with our glaze is BOMB! Sounds just like the yummy menu I'm preparing at my house, plus an apple pie.

I was watching Sunny Anderson on Food Network and yeah brined does make it moist. I also like Bobby Flays rub so under my direction I hope all goes well.

Yeah I hope the overdose of seafood doesn't underwhelm the dish.

Chile, if they just do as I say it will. But that don't so...... lol

Happy Thanksgiving!! :)

@MrsTDJ
Thank you! They better like it! :) Mmmmmm isn't that ham glaze the best! I got stuck on the spiral sliced from Honey Baked but realized we could do it better. Apple pie sounds good. We have no traditional desserts but banana puddin. I don't know how that's going over. lol

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. The menu reads like a popular soul food eatery and makes me want to buy a plate.

Three cheese macaroni, Potato salad topped with deviled eggs, Cornbread dressing....delicious!
